Welcome to Westminster School
At Westminster School, we have superb facilities on a spacious campus, extensive subject choices to Year 12, over 200 sporting teams, activity clubs and ensembles, outstanding wellbeing programs and teachers who are leaders in their field. From Early Learning to Year 12, every student can enjoy a truly exceptional education and the promise of achieving more than they thought possible.
Early Learning Centre
(Ages 3 - 4)
Even our youngest students at the beginning of their wonderful learning journey are given the opportunity to discover the benefits of a Westminster education. We respect that children develop differently, and encourage each student’s willingness to be curious, take risks, and try new things that lead to new discoveries and connections.
Preparatory School
(Reception - Year 6)
Westminster’s Preparatory School students learn teamwork, social awareness and respect for others. They develop an understanding of appropriate behaviours, good manners and self-discipline from a good balance of male and female teachers throughout our Preparatory School, which includes a dedicated class teacher for each class in each year level.
Senior School
(Year 7 - 12)
Our Senior School caters for students from Years 7 to 12. Our Senior School offers a comprehensive academic curriculum, covering all major subject lines.
Boarding
(Year 7 - 12)
With a dedicated team of experienced, professional and supportive staff, modern facilities, and a welcoming ‘family’ atmosphere, Westminster School has steadily grown to become one of South Australia’s largest coeducational boarding schools. We welcome Boarding students from Years 7 to 12 from a diverse range of backgrounds, and boast a large population of country students.
Co-curricular Activities
To cater for the many and varied needs of each student, the co-curricular program is extensive, offering a wide range of experiences in Sports, Clubs and Groups, Outdoor Pursuits, Performing Arts, Visual and Creative Arts, Agriculture, and International Exchanges.
