Parent Teacher Interviews

At Westminster, we understand that strong communication between parents, teachers, and students is vital to creating a positive and supportive learning environment.  

Our parent-teacher interviews offer a valuable opportunity for parents and caregivers to engage with teachers and gain insights into their child’s academic progress, achievements, and areas for improvement.  

These meetings help to strengthen the partnership between home and school, ensuring that each student has the support they need to succeed and reach their full potential.  

Through open discussions, we aim to collaboratively set goals and strategies to support continued growth and development.

How to book an appointment

Please follow the booking link below, scheduled appointments will be for 10 minutes.

Please note: You are required to select the teacher you would like to meet from the drop-down list. Please do not click “Anyone”.

Preparatory School

Senior School: Years 7-9

Senior School: Years 10-12

What to expect

Teachers will discuss your child’s academic progress, social development, and any other concerns you might have. 

Feel free to come prepared with any questions or specific topics you would like to discuss. It's helpful to have an open conversation about your child's goals, learning style, and any support they might need. 

Virtual interviews (if applicable): 

Virtual interviews will be held for selected parents through a Teams link. A link to the meeting will be sent prior to your scheduled appointment. 

Please ensure you have a stable internet connection and a quiet space to attend the meeting.
