Welcome to Athletics Carnival 2025!
Each year, our Athletics Carnival provides an exciting opportunity our for students to showcase their athletic abilities. A time to demonstrate resilience, determination, sportsmanship, and House pride, we encourage every student to embrace this opportunity.
We warmly welcome all families to join us on campus throughout the week and look forward to celebrating the Athletics Carnival together.

"While we’ll celebrate the triumphs, we also want to acknowledge every competitor who gives their best. We urge all students to show humility and respect, both in victory and in defeat. In a year where being adventurous is our theme, we encourage every student to make the most of the adventure that Athletics Carnival provides."
Athletics Carnival Overview
General Information
Students to wear sunscreen, hat and have a bottle of water.
In the event of an emergency, please calmly follow directions of School staff.
Westminster School is a No Smoking facility.
Due to liquor licensing, no alcohol is to be brought on to the campus.
Please use bins provided for litter.
For the safety of our spectators, we ask you stay on the edge of the Oval and do not enter areas where fields events such as discus, shot put and javelin are in progress.
Please park on premises where possible and on street parking is also an option.
Spectators are asked to use the toilets in the Forder Centre (located between the café and Dining Hall).
Whilst much care has been taken in preparing the program, the schedule including timing and events are subject to change.

The café in the Forder Centre will be open 8.30 am to 5.30 pm for spectators to purchase coffee, drinks and light refreshments. Payment by card only please – no cash.
BBQ
Wednesday 26 March, Senior School Oval
Parents & Friends’ Club, volunteers and staff will be cooking a BBQ for you to enjoy from 10.00 to 2.00 pm. Payment by card only please – no cash.
Coffee & Chill Zone

Friday 28 March, Preparatory School Oval & Senior School Oval
We have a coffee van! Enjoy your morning coffee on us from 8.30 to 10.30 am (Parents/Carers/Spectators/Staff only). We have created a relaxing area for community members to sit and watch activities.
