Thank You to Our Amazing Volunteers
At Westminster, we are incredibly fortunate to have a vibrant and dedicated community of volunteers who continually go above and beyond in their support of our School. Our recent WestFest community event was a shining example of this spirit in action. With bustling stalls serving delicious BBQ, yiros, and sweet treats, our community groups created a welcoming and festive atmosphere. Their incredible efforts raised valuable funds that will go back into projects across the School.
The Parents & Friends’ Club has been a constant source of energy and goodwill. From sizzling sausages during our recent Athletics Week BBQ to planning the upcoming Mother’s Day Lunch at The Highway, we extend our heartfelt thanks for their commitment and hard work.
Our boarding families were also celebrated recently through the Boarder Parents’ Association, who hosted a highly successful Boarder Parents’ Weekend in Mildura. The gathering was filled with laughter, connection, and heartfelt moments. We sincerely thank the volunteers who made this special weekend possible.
The Friends of Music continue to be a pillar of support for Westminster’s thriving Music and Performing Arts programs. Offering warm hospitality in the Worthley Foyer before theatre events their contribution is invaluable. The group is currently seeking volunteers for upcoming events, if you enjoy performing arts and community spirit, they’d love to hear from you.
We are grateful for all our volunteers across the community including the Old Scholars’ Association, Foundation, Archives, class representatives, and so many other individuals who give their time so generously. Your support is what makes Westminster the strong, connected community we are proud to be.
