Important School Drop-off and Pick-up Reminder for Parents and Carers
Although our campus is buzzing with co-curricular activities before school, we would like to remind parents and carers dropping their child/ren to School that for students not participating in these activities, the ideal time for drop-off is 8.20 am.
If your child needs to arrive on campus ahead of this time, please note that they must be supervised for their own safety.
We ask that all Senior School students make their way to the Martin Library, where they can find a safe and quiet space to study or relax until the school day officially begins.
For Preparatory School students arriving before 8.20 am, it is essential that they are booked into OSHC (Out of School Hours Care) program to ensure they are properly supervised until school begins.
A reminder also, we offer Running Club on Mondays and Wednesdays from 7.30 - 8.15 am, which is a great opportunity for both parents and students to get active ahead of the school day. Families are also welcome to stop into the Dragon Café to grab a coffee (or more) before starting their day.
At the other end of the school day, we ask parents and carers to observe parking signs around the School to ensure that traffic can continue to move as freely as possible during peak pick-up time from 3.30 - 3.45 pm. We have seen examples of cars arriving early and parking on roadways which effectively blocks traffic flow, particularly near the ELC. Please be considerate of other road users and, as always, take care when we have so many students of all ages moving through the grounds at the end of the day.
Thank you for your cooperation in supporting the safety and wellbeing of all students on campus.
