We appreciate a new school year brings a wealth of information that can often feel overwhelming. Our aim is to keep you informed of essential details, helping to make the transition to the new school year as straightforward as possible.
Our mission from a communications perspective is to streamline the way our community engages with the School. We do this knowing that families have different expectations and thresholds as to when communication is not enough, too much or just right.
We are committed to providing clear, relevant and timely communications with our familes and recognise the constant need to refine how and when we share information. Consequently, we are actively working on initiatives to improve the frequency and number of messages you receive.
One key focus is the redevelopment of SEQTA Engage, your current parent portal app. This will provide a centralised space where you can access important updates, key dates and essential information at your convenience.
This is a significant project, and we will keep you updated as we progress. In the meantime, please be assured we are reviewing our internal processes to ensure that information is consolidated and delivered in a way that is both efficient and accessible.
Our goal is to simplify the process of staying informed, while maintaining the strong connection between the School and our families.
When it comes to Westminster news and student achievements, if you are a Facebook user, please remember to follow the Westminster Community Group in addition to the Westminster School page. Our community group is regularly updated with more stories and features that are intended just for our School families, current and past, more so than our public facing page.
