Weekly Sports Wrap
Years 3/4 Girls' Green Basketball Team
Under the guidance of Gabi Vidmar, the team faced a tough opening game, going down 23-2. With no additional training the following week due to the heat, the girls returned with a much stronger grasp of the game, showing determination in both attack and defence. Their resilience highlighted the value of learning through experience—while the first game was a challenge, the rewards of perseverance have been even greater. Two weeks on, their improvement is clear, with each match building their skills and confidence. Even more impressive, they have taken the initiative to train an extra morning each week before School, demonstrating their commitment to team success.
Adelaide Cup Public Holiday
As we approach the Adelaide Cup public holiday weekend (8-10 March), please check your Co-Curricular Sport fixtures carefully for the following week. The long weekend will impact different sports in various ways, and we will communicate any changes to Prep School teams as clearly as possible.
