The RAVE teachers have also been working with students to create a special Harmony Week poster display in the Library. Families are invited to drop by during the week to view these creative works.
On Friday 21 March, students can take part in a range of lunchtime activities run by our Year 6 Leaders and Year 12 volunteers, including:
- A photo booth
- A continuous chain of hearts and body shapes to symbolise community connectedness
- International games
- Face painting with an orange love heart

Weekly Sports Wrap
Year 2–6 Co-Curricular in Week 7
Due to the upcoming long weekend, there will be no basketball games on Monday 10 March. Prep School basketball resumes as usual on Tuesday 11 March, with all other co-curricular activities returning to their normal schedule following a brief break for some of our Tennis and Cricket teams.
Enjoy the long weekend, and we look forward to seeing everyone back on Tuesday.
Years 4-6 Yellow Cricket
We travelled to Avenue Road at Cumberland Park on 28 February to take on Westbourne Park PS. With Ashwin leading as captain, we elected to bowl first. His well-placed fielding strategy, keeping a fielder back on the mid-wicket boundary throughout, saved multiple boundaries and helped restrict the opposition to 6/99 from their 20 overs. Wickets from Ashwin, Hridaan, Iurii, Jack and Jamie were instrumental, along with some outstanding wicketkeeping, in slowing down the opposition’s run rate.
Aware of their strong bowling attack, we focused on rotating the strike rather than relying on big shots. This strategy made the difference, as we finished at 8/109 - our highest team total of the season so far, with every player achieving their best individual score.
A fantastic team effort.
