Make Up Lessons

At WestSwim it is important to us that your child does not miss out on a lesson if they are unwell or away on vacation. WestSwim offer unlimited makeup tokens provided that notification of absence has been received via the family portal at least 1 hour prior to the missed lesson.

Makeup tokens are visible for booking once the missed class time has passed, with each token having a 30-day validity period.

Makeup tokens can be booked up to 3 weeks in advance and can be changed or cancelled up to 1 hour prior to class commencement time.
